Beatrice Mercy Kyagulanyi

14 years teaching political science at Mombasa University

I've spent 27 years as a lecturer in political science at Mombasa University in Mombasa. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
