Beatrice Giulia De Santis
Writing mentor, Palermo
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- Palermo Mentoring Circle
- Since 2003
- Italian, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Palermo Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Beatrice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
