Baking for 24 years in Accra
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- The Accra Works
- 1991 to 2015
- English
I've worked in baking from 1991 to 2015. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,220 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Beatrice
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Beatrice: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
