Bea M. Pineda

History and biology teacher, Manila

🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
Victory Grammar School
Since 1990
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 2,050 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Bea

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

Subjects taught

History Biology Social studies

What gifts mean to Bea: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
