Baking, done properly

I've worked in baking since 2003. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,010 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Bea: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
