Bayu Setiawan
Self-taught glass art artist
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Bandung Gallery
- Since 2007
- English
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 2007 at Bandung Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Bayu
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Bayu: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.

I bought one of your pieces in 2008. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Santos.
