Bayu Bambang Siregar
Volunteer mentor with Ubud Community Trust
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

- Since 1983
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 820 people through Ubud Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Bayu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
