Leadership mentor, Casablanca
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Casablanca Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Basma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
