Basil F. Reid

Leadership mentor, Kingston

  • 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
  • Rosewood Association
  • Since 1991
  • English
For 35 years I've mentored people in leadership and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
