I teach physics at Palermo Grammar School in Palermo since 2007. Most days I teach Year 9, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Barbara
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Barbara: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
