Helping people break into finance

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Fairview Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Barbara
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Barbara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
