I taught physics and biology at Kinondoni Grammar School, Kinondoni. I never turned anyone away.
Over the years I had 430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Barasa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me physics in 2015 at Kinondoni Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard

You taught me physics in 2014 at Kinondoni Grammar School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
