Helping people break into leadership
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Liberty Learning Hub
- 1995 to 2011
- English, Swahili, French
For 16 years I've mentored people in leadership and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Barasa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
