I teach French at Our Lady of Peace Primary School in Ankara since 1999. Most days I teach Year 10, and I learn every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Barış
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Barış: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
