I'm a mentor in small business. I've spent my career as a clerk and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Bappy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Bappy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
