Bappy Rakib Pramanik

Traditional drumming and piano teacher

🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
Comilla Frangipani Quartet
1993 to 2017
English, Bengali

I've played traditional drumming from 1993 to 2017, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.

More about Bappy

I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
