Bappy Rahim Begum
Woodcarving and digital art artist
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Maple Ridge Studio
- 1986 to 1998
- English
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 1986 at Maple Ridge Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Bappy
I've had 5 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Bappy: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
