Bappy Masud Sikder
Mentor in trades and design
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- Pioneer Foundation
- 2006 to 2019
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Pioneer Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Bappy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2006. I still have your notes. Greetings from Kota.
