Bambang Bayu Utomo
Painter, potter and teacher at Jakarta Pottery
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Pottery
- 1982 to 1992
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1982 at Jakarta Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the sea. I sing in a choir.
More about Bambang
I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Bambang: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
