Balaji Naidu
Mentor in recovery and small business
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Youth Network
- Since 2008
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Aurangabad Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
