Bakary Bah

38 years teaching history in Haarlem

  • 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
  • Haarlem Boys' School
  • Since 2014
  • Dutch
For twelve years I have been the history teacher at Haarlem Boys' School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I'm still learning every day.

You taught me history in 2017 at Haarlem Boys' School. I still remember that terrible school play!

I'm a paramedic now and I honestly think it started in your classroom Greetings from Mapo.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2023. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Taguig.
