Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇬 Gulu, Northern Region, Uganda
- The Gulu Shop
- Since 2000
- English
I've worked in baking since 2000. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 650 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
I'm still learning every day.
