Bakari Kioko Omondi
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Eastgate Mentoring Circle
- 1985 to 1994
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Eastgate Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Bakari: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
