I taught physics at Makassar Technical College in Makassar from 1990 to 2025. Most days I taught primary school children, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
