For 37 years I was the history teacher at Northside Boys' School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

you taught me history in 2012 at Northside Boys' School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
