Babu Bappy Kabir
Retired sociology lecturer
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Elmwood Polytechnic
- 1985 to 2003
- English
I taught sociology at Elmwood Polytechnic from 1985 to 2003, and supervised 32 dissertations along the way.
I never turned anyone away. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Babu
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Babu: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
