Babatunde Lanre Olawale
18 years teaching Spanish in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Kano Technical College
- Since 1979
- English, Yoruba
Kano Technical College is my second home. I teach Spanish there since 1979, mostly the youngest children.
Over the years I've had 940 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Babatunde
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Babatunde: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
