Babatunde Akinwale
Pottery for twelve years in Ibadan
- 🇳🇬 Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria

- 2011 to 2023
- English
I've worked in pottery from 2011 to 2023. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 380 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Babatunde: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
