Helping people break into trades
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Ashford Community Trust
- Since 2008
- English, Punjabi
For 18 years I've mentored people in trades and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Babar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
