Helping people break into leadership
- 🇵🇰 Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan
- Islamabad Foundation
- Since 1998
- English, Punjabi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Islamabad Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Babar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
