Ayumi Tomoko Shibata
Teacher at Tokyo Technical College, loves special education
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Technical College
- 1999 to 2007
- English, Spanish
I taught special education at Tokyo Technical College in Tokyo from 1999 to 2007. Most days I taught Year 9, and I played music while people worked.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ayumi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ayumi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
