I taught design and technology at Lotus High School in Jakarta Selatan from 2004 to 2013. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ayu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ayu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
