Ayu Bunga Suryadi
Retired Spanish teacher from Silverlake Grammar School
- 🇮🇩 Kediri, East Java, Indonesia
- 2006 to 2023
- English, Indonesian
I taught Spanish at Silverlake Grammar School in Kediri from 2006 to 2023. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ayu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ayu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me Spanish in 2024 at Silverlake Grammar School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
