Aylin Erdem

Mentor in engineering and software

🇹🇷 Konya, Konya, Türkiye
Bayview Youth Network
Since 1980
English, Turkish

For 46 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Aylin

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
