Aylin Ebru Keskin
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Üsküdar Music School
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Turkish
I play traditional drumming and singing. I started in 2014 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 11 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Aylin
I wrote my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.
