Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh

- Since 1988
- English, Bengali, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,050 people through Narayanganj Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
