For eight years I ran the martial arts program at Dhaka Athletic Club in Dhaka. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
