Ayanda M. Reddy
Small business mentor, Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Pretoria Community Trust
- 1980 to 1989
- English, Zulu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Pretoria Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ayanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
