I've coached boxing at Redwood Swimming Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Ayanda
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Ayanda: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
