Ayaka Kaneko

Early years and biology teacher, Tokyo

  • 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
  • Andes Primary School
  • 1980 to 2017
  • Japanese
For 37 years I was the early years teacher at Andes Primary School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 1,370 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Ayaka

If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
