Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Meadowbank Learning Hub
- 1983 to 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,370 people through Meadowbank Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ayaan
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Ayaan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
