Ayaan A. Bajpai
Woodcarving artist in London
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- London Studio
- Since 2001
- English, Hindi
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2001 at London Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ayaan
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Ayaan: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
