Axel S. Sanders

Mentor in nursing and writing

🇺🇸 Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Unity Mentoring Circle
2018 to 2025
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 240 people through Unity Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Axel

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

Areas of mentoring

Nursing Writing Engineering

What gifts mean to Axel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
