Axel May
Volunteer mentor with Frangipani Youth Network
- 🇺🇸 San Antonio, Texas, United States
- Frangipani Youth Network
- 2015 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 200 people through Frangipani Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Axel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Axel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
