For 14 years I ran the table tennis program at Newcastle upon Tyne Boxing Gym in Newcastle upon Tyne. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
