Awino Nakato Mwende
Graphic design and watercolor artist
- 🇺🇬 Gulu, Northern Region, Uganda
- The Queensway Gallery
- Since 1996
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in graphic design, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1996 at The Queensway Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at The Queensway Gallery, which keeps me honest.
What gifts mean to Awino: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
