Awino Mwangi
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Old Harbor Workshop
- 2014 to 2023
- English
I've worked in thatching from 2014 to 2023. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 190 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
