For 48 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Baobab Secondary School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Avery
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Avery: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me Spanish in 2005 at Baobab Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You taught me Spanish in 2016 at Baobab Secondary School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
