Avery P. Lynch

Helping people break into engineering

  • 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
  • Sydney Youth Network
  • Since 2015
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Sydney Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Thank you for stopping by.
