Avery M. Sanchez
Baking for 14 years in Toronto
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Little Toronto Trades Guild
- 2009 to 2023
- English, French
I've worked in baking from 2009 to 2023. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 770 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Avery
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Avery: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
